Drove a 13% lift in CLV by launching a targeted annual subscription tier, converting a retention bottleneck into working capital

Shipped the 6-month pivot MVP under a shrinking runway by building the delivery operating system: a PRD framework in Confluence as single source of truth, wired to a Jira hierarchy (product → epics → stories → tickets) and a Figma-to-dev handoff that kept a 12-person Eng, UX/UI, Art, and Data team aligned with minimal handoff friction.
